Private solar power station

In this section of our site, you can get acquainted with the main stages and constituent elements that arise in the construction of solar power plants for private, domestic purpose in Ukraine. Private, domestic solar stations are commonly referred to as solar energy facilities installed by private individuals on their own land (private households) with a capacity of up to 30 kW.

Now, there is a procedure in Ukraine that stimulates the development of renewable energy which called "green" tariff. This tariff is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market" and the Law of Ukraine "On Alternative Energy Sources" and it fixed at the date of commissioning of the station (submission of the application for connection PV to grid) and remains unchanged until 2030.

Also is important that the tariff is fixed to the Euro course, which eliminates the risks of devaluation of the national currency and gives extra guarantees for investments turn back.
The main laws and regulatory actions under the "green" tariff are: the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market" and

Payment for the "green" tariff is made as the final monthly difference in kW of electricity between the generation of PV and your consumption.

The ASKOE of Grid operator system (counter) automatically reads your meter and transmits the balance of your generation and consumption, and you only have to sign the corresponding act balance from Oblenergo once a month and receive funds.
