The Cetus company was founded in 2005. The main specialization of the company are: general design, construction, installation and the development of projects in the field of energy. In 2010, our company built and commissioned the first industrial power plant in Ukraine with a capacity of 40 kW in the city of Anthracite, Luhansk region. Between 2010 and 2020, we have implemented solar projects with a total capacity of more than 200 MW and constructed several own PVs. Cetus is one of the 5 best design organizations for PV projects, according to the NERCEP statistics of commissioned PV stations in Ukraine in 2019. From 2019 our company is not only EPC company on the market, but also we are investor in PV and biogas projects.

The main feature of these systems are that they do not need direct relations with Grid operator, NERC, etc., because PV station work’s only for reduction of consumption and do not involve the flow of excess of electricity into the network (automatic restriction).
