The group of companies was established based on CETUS LLC (founded in 2005) and FORBUD-ENERGY LLC (founded in 2014).The main areas of activity include design and engineering, construction and installation works, operation, as well as technical and service maintenance of energy facilities.

In 2010, our group of companies built and commissioned one of the first industrial PV stationin Ukraine — a 40 kW facility located in Antratsyt, Luhansk region.
From 2010 to 2025, we have successfully implemented solar projects with a total capacity exceeding 300 MW, including several privately-owned PV station.
CETUS consistently ranks among the top five companies in Ukraine by the number of implemented projects, according to NEURC statistics on commissioned PV station since 2019.
Since 2019, our companies have been operating not only as EPC contractors but also as investors in the construction of PV stationand energy storage systems (ESS).
Currently, FORBUD-ENERGY and the group of companies jointly own five PV stationwith a combined capacity of over 5 MW and are actively investing in the deployment of energy storage systems with a total capacity of 10 MWh*h, integrated into existing PV station.

In 2024, CETUS LLC became an official technical Partner of PHOTOMATE company which is officially HUAWEI’s exclusive representative Partner in Ukraine.This partnership allows us to provide clients with modern and reliable equipment for solar power plants, including HUAWEI inverters and energy storage systems.
In addition, CETUS is an official partner of AE Solar, one of the leading global manufacturers of solar panels, ensuring stable supply and high-quality photovoltaic modules for projects of any scale and complexity.

Despite the challenges of martial law in Ukraine, CETUS and FORBUD-ENERGY successfully retained their core team, enabling the companies to design and construct more than 300 MW of PV station during this period.
Currently, we are engaged in the design of PV stations with battery energy storage systems (ESS) with a combined capacity of over 100 MW and total storage capacity exceeding 200 MWh.

We also have an office in Poland, which enables direct import of equipment from EU countries and other international markets. This provides our clients with access to high-quality equipment under favorable conditions and significantly reduces delivery times.
Given the constant increase in electricity prices and changes in Ukrainian legislation, we have developed modern technical solutions for building PV station that reduce energy consumption for operating businesses while allowing surplus energy generation to be sold back to the grid.
These solutions operate under the self-generation (net billing) model, offering payback periods of up to three years.A key advantage of this approach is that it does not require direct interaction with NEURC or obtaining a production license for PV station up to 5 MW, simplifying the operational process and reducing administrative overhead.
