The company LLC “Cetus” was founded in 2005. The main areas of the company’s work include project execution, construction and installation works, operation, technical and service maintenance of energy facilities. In 2010, our company built and commissioned what was essentially the first industrial solar power plant in Ukraine, with a capacity of 40 kW, located in the city of Antratsyt, Luhansk region. From 2010 to 2025, we have implemented solar projects with a total capacity of more than 200 MW, including our own solar power plants. Our company consistently ranks among the top 5 organizations in terms of the number of projects completed in this field, according to the statistics of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission of Ukraine (NEURC) for solar power plants commissioned in Ukraine since 2019. Since 2019, our company has been operating in the market not only as an EPC company but also as an investor in solar power plant construction projects.

Despite the state of war in Ukraine, our company has managed to retain its core team, which has allowed us to successfully design and build more than 5 solar power plants with a total capacity of 4 MW during this period. As of November 2024, our company is currently designing 5 projects with a total capacity of 240 MW and constructing 4 solar power plants with a capacity of over 10 MW. Our company offers a full range of services, starting from project design, equipment supply, construction and installation works, technical and organizational support for clients in the process of selling electricity on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) for industrial solar power plants, obtaining active consumer status under self-production agreements, obtaining guarantees of origin for electricity (green certificates), and securing "green" tariff for private households, with further technical and service maintenance of the constructed facilities.
Additionally, given the constant increase in electricity prices and changes in Ukrainian legislation, we have developed technical solutions for building solar power plants aimed at reducing electricity consumption at existing enterprises, with the option to regenerate electricity into the external grid under the mechanism of obtaining active consumer status through a self-production agreement (net billing), with a realistic payback period of up to 3 years. The key feature of these systems is that they do not require direct relations with the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission of Ukraine (NEURC) (there is no need to obtain a license for electricity production for solar power plants with a capacity of up to 5 MW) or other state institutions during the operation of the solar power plants.
